Shipping policy

At FC Collectibles, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. To ensure timely delivery of orders, we have established a shipping policy that outlines our process for shipping out orders.

Shipping Schedule
Shipping out is done two days a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. In case of statutory holidays shipping day will shift to the next business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on the shipping days will be processed and shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on the shipping days will be processed and shipped out on the next shipping day. For example, an order placed on Tuesday will be shipped out on Thursday.

Shipping Carriers
We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of orders. Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of their shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
FC Collectibles currently ships Worldwide, if you are outside Canada/USA please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote.

Shipping Updates
Customers will receive email notifications at each stage of the shipping process, including order confirmation, shipment confirmation, and delivery confirmation. If there are any delays or issues with the shipment, customers will be notified promptly and provided with updates on the status of their order.

Shipping Returns
If a customer wishes to return an item, they must follow our return policy guidelines outlined on our website. 

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. FC Collectibles is not liable for any delays, additional charges, or holds caused by customs processing.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

  • All orders are shipped without insurance by default.
  • If you would like your package to be insured, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping fees will apply for insured shipments.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping if insurance has not been requested and paid for in advance.
