Return Policy
Overview: We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:

Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items such as non graded and graded cards, sealed TCG boxes are non-refundable.

- Contact our customer service team at fc.collectibles@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- There will be a 5% fee to process your return. This fee covers processing fees lost to fulfill your original order.

Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:

Inspection:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Damaged Product Policy
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at fc.collectibles@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for ripped or torn product packaging.
Minor tears are common as items are shipped directly from manufacturers or distributors, and do not qualify for refunds, store credit, or exchanges.
FC Collectibles is not responsible for any manufacturer defects such as damaged cards, printing issues, or missing cards from sealed boxes or cases. These concerns must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. You can usually find their contact information printed on the product packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items:

- Follow the return process to send the defective or damaged item back.
- Once the return is processed, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
